Construction Supervisor for Albuquerque, New Mexico; Requirements are 5 years minimum experience as a commercial remodel & tenant improvement supervisor. Must be able to read and understand blueprints, schedules and material specification sheets. Must be able to communicate with employees and subcontractors effectively in order to meet quick deadlines. Must have a thorough understanding of light gauge metal framing, sheetrock installation, tape, bed, texture, acoustical ceilings, painting, doors, frames & hardware. Must be able to supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, electronic fire alarms, wet fire protection, floorcoverings subcontractors by building codes.
