We are a well established Preservation Company in need of crews to cover Albuquerque and surrounding areas.
Contractors must be knowledgeable with REO work, good with timelines, and most important keep good communication. This is a subcontractor position and payment will be net 30 as an industry standard.
Crews will need to have own transportation and tools. Below is a general list of equipment needed.
Smartphone, computer, truck, trailer, generator, lawn tools, basic handyman tools, cleaning supplies, locks, lock boxes ect. If you do not have everything you will need to purchase immediately in order to have work assigned.

A background check will be required prior to commencement.
