The best job applicant must be:
AWS certified.
Fluent in English.
Adept with MIG, TIG and stick welding. All Positions.
Able to set up and operate the following machines:
Iron Worker
Milling Machine
Engine Lathe
Nelson Stud Welding Machine
Vertical Band Saw
Press Brake
Plasma Cutter
Able to read detailed drawings and specifications including understanding all weld symbols.
Able to perform layout, tack up and final welding of all required steel fabrications.
Safety conscious.
Physically fit and able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Able to take direction and work in a group environment.
Recent work references required along with Drug Testing.
