Graphic Designer – Colliers International is seeking an experienced Part-time (telework position) Graphic Designer to support the Research / Marketing team, and commercial real estate agents in the preparation, assembly, and delivery of pitches & presentations, property marketing, and industry communications. Requires top-notch graphic design, written and verbal communication skills to prepare marketing materials including brochures, postcards, advertisements, mailers, e-cards, and direct mailings. Must be able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency under multiple competing deadlines. Must be proficient in current Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, WordPress experience, MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills required. Website editing, management and coding skills a plus. Ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, creative, and have a keen eye for detail.
