OVERVIEW:
This client isgrowing their owncompany and in need of a strong senior level expert machinist for this position. They are relocating the business into a new, expanded location in October.Services include machining for prototyping or small-batch manufacturing, CNC manufacturing/fabrication, programming/firmware.
Milling: 6 CNC milling machines including 4 axis and a max working envelope of 24in x 36in, cutting most plastics, aluminums, brass, bronze, steel, stainless, and titanium.
Turning: 3 CNC lathe machines including a bar puller. (can turn most plastics, aluminums, brass, bronze, steels, and most stainless steels).
Wood:Various wood forming machines including a 4 axis CNC router with an envelope of 10ft x 5ft by 0.5 ft.
Welding:All welding and brazing processes.
3D Printing:SLA and FDM
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Rapid Programming (RAPIDis ahigh-level programming languageused to control ABB industrial robots)
HAAS Mill with 4th Axis,
HAAS Lathe with Live Tooling
LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE / OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
15+ Years minimum as anExpert Machinist REQUIRED. (No basic or intermediate experience can be considered.)
Excellent communication skills.
Motivated with excellent CNC skills andthe knowledge and drive to 'make it happen'.

Currently or very recently employed.
Must pass drug/alcohol testing and background investigations. Candidates with ongoing court cases cannot be considered.
