Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless is seeking a Case Manager Supervisor to supervise the Case Management/CCSS team. Will be responsible for direct supervision of staff, monitoring of budget, and program planning. Requires a BA in a Human Services field or equivalent, 4 years case management experience with 2 years supervisory experience a must. Ability to multitask and follow through on administrative responsibilities, knowledge of local resources and assistance benefits a plus. Must have experience with people with mental health and substance use issues as well as underserved populations. Must have strong supervisory and computer skills. EMR experience, CCSS experience and Bilingual preferred.
