New Mexico Association for the Education of Young Children is seeking a Resource Development Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assess NM landscape for fundraising focused on ECE and develop diversified revenue streams. Develop matrix and plan for targeted fundraising. Develop a private donor base and mobilize volunteers in fund development. Cultivate and nurture partnerships, sponsorships and community relationships. Work collaboratively with NMAEYC Board and Membership & Program Manager.
Develop strategy to increase diverse member engagement and funding. Create internal capacity for financial thinking and planning. Construct proposals with efficient and practical budgets. Train / manage volunteers to support annual / special campaigns. Establish volunteer base with strong culture of giving. Develop / maintain quality relationships with all.
