Position
The business is seeking an experienced administrative assistant to perform routine operational and administrative requirements of the company. A self-motivated candidate is perfect for this small-office environment. On any given day, you may need to perform:
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Contractor Draws
Enter time sheets in Quick Books
Track license, bond, and insurance requirements
Store and file important documents.
Arrange travel and motel reservations.
Maintain employee records
Administrative duties to assist management and field superintendents
Textura and GC Pay
Required Qualification
The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, has an ability to communicate clearly and is able to multi-task. This job requires:
Demonstrated advance knowledge and experience in Excel
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Quickbooks
Demonstrated high level of knowledge in Microsoft Office products
Desired Qualifications
Administrative office experience.
Construction Industry experience
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
