Mission:
To manage the administrative side of our business and in doing so, support the operations by being accountable to high standards of administrative organization and effectiveness.
Expected Responsibilities:
-Take responsibility and ownership of all incoming calls and messages.
-Greet our clients and visitors to the office.
-Work on referral program i.e. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Lead Tracking, using excel spreadsheets or note pad already created.
-Provide administrative support to our business administrator, including but not limited to, updating our various databases, assisting with marketing promotions, and doing follow up calls.
-Organize and be responsible for all filing (Service, AR, AP & Job).
-Assist with set up and organizing events- meetings & employee appreciation BBQ's.
-Put together and organize the client's submittals and O&M's Overall, see that the office runs efficiently by taking ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail.
-Take out, collect and open mail; distribute accordingly.
Required Skill set:
-Upbeat and positive attitude.
-Competent with basic to intermediate level computer skills.
-Experience in a professional office environment.
-Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
-Accounts payable and receivable experience.
-Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
-Some college or vocational education.
