Job Description
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES
-LEAD MANAGEMENT
Gather leads from Lead Generators, Log leads into Excel Spreadsheet, Make contact and schedule Consultation Appointments with Project Manager by day, time and location.
-LEAD GENERATOR SUPPORT
Oversee Booth set up schedule, provide Lead Generators with needed supplies, Visit booth locations periodically within Albuquerque, keep kiosks stocked with brochures
-ASSIST COSTCO PROJECT MANAGER
Assist Project Manager with all paperwork, Answer calls coming into the department, Meet with customers as needed for remnant sales and contracting
REQUIRED SKILLS
-Expert knowledge of all Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Technology savvy a plus.
-Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
-Comfortable with phone communication
-Customer focused
-Ability to work autonomously, seek answers to challenges, work cooperatively & respectfully with others in a fast paced sales environment
-Knowledge of Interior Design, Customer Service, Office Management a plus
WORK SCHEDULE
-Monday-Friday 8-5 and up to 2 Saturdays per month 9-Noon
