Phoenix Truck Driving School in Albuquerque is currently looking for a qualified and experienced Admissions Representative. Applicants should be outgoing and enthusiastic, possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work in a fast pace environment.
Responsibilities include:
Manage inquiries to achieve prompt contact and provide courteous customer service.
Build rapport with prospective students and keep the line tight with qualified candidates to achieve enrollment goals
Conduct a high quantity of prospect phone contacts to secure weekly standard appointment sits and activity.
Coordinate class starts with the training function.
Provide exceptional customer service during the enrollment process
Support students while they are in school to meet retention goals.
Ensure paperwork, student file and database information is complete, timely and accurate.
Assist students by providing career advising and job placement assistance.
Position requirements:
5+ years of recruiting/admissions experience in higher education or career schools
Must possess excellent computer skills.
Must be detail oriented
Good verbal and written communication skills required. Must be a good listener.
Ability to prioritize work load
Ability to work varied hours to include weekends, evenings and holidays.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Associates or Bachelors degree a plus
