Description:
Are you a friendly and outgoing individual with excellent customer service skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're currently seeking an assistant manager / self-storage leasing agent to join our team at Argus Professional Storage Management, a leading provider of self-storage solutions in Albuquerque / Bernalillo.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide information about available storage units, pricing, and promotions.
- Conduct property tours and showcase the benefits of our facilities.
- Complete rental agreements and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including storage units and common areas.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Perform routine property inspections to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
