At this company, we are in the people business. We work daily with individuals and families on the Developmentally Disabled (DD) and Mi Via Waiver. The best way to describe what we do here at this company is by comparing it to a foster care agency for adults with Developmental Disabilities. This Client Service Coordinator position involves a combination of social work similar to that of a Case Manager or Service Coordinator. Daily required hours would be 8:30 to 5:30 but your individual responsibility would honestly be around the clock. You will have a caseload, be responsible for making sure clients present and future are getting attended to, and would need to be available in case of emergency. This job is for the betterment of our clients and their families and that responsibility of this job is never ending. You must have dependable transportation to and from work daily, and at times you will be asked to use your personal vehicle for work-related purposes on occasion. This position requires a lot of organizational skills, dedication, clear communication, client and provider follow up, and hard work. At the same time this can be very rewarding and you can be part of a team that helps get people in great mental shape.

Pay is very competitive and based upon the individuals' experience, the entirety you contribute to the team, how exceptional you are at your job, and how effective your communication is with our providers, clients and their families. We are currently looking for an individual with full-time availability, but part-time work is something we could consider and is not out of the question. As the company flourishes and the client base expands, the responsibility and extent of this position will increase as well. The potential for advancement is feasible and is solely dependent on performance.
