Full time DISPATCHER wanted for growing local family owned security company. We are looking for a self motivated organized person with excellent telephone and customer service skills to be part of a team. Previous dispatch and/or sales experience a plus but not required. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, pass a drug test and background check, excellent customer service and telephone skills, organization, familiar with Outlook, Excel and Word. The job includes but not limited to: answering 8-line telephone system, entering service calls in dispatch software, directing 6 technicians, dealing with contracts and confidential information. Salary depends on experience and would be discussed in the interview. We offer some benefits.
