A busy insurance and financial services office in Uptown is expanding and seeking professionals for a receptionist and customer service representative position. This positions includes handling in-bound communication including answering phones, making outbound calls, providing customer service to new and existing clients.
Insurance experience and/or licenses in the financial services and insurance industry are not required, but a plus.
Qualified candidates should have:
ï Office administrative experience
ï Customer service background of various types
ï Positive attitude
ï Good verbal and written communication skills
ï High school diploma/equivalent or greater
ï Be a self-starter while demonstrating organization and multitasking skills
ï Be proficient in various software programs including Microsoft Office Suite
