One person to do Property Management duties and the other for Maintenance of 44 unit apartment complex near San Mateo and Kathryn, SE. Apartment management.
Maintenance portion of job entails on-site maintenance including make readies. Experience with landscaping (mowing, trimming, etc.), ability to do most plumbing work (clogs, P-traps, leaks) work on swamp coolers (pumps, motors, pads, seasonal changeovers), general electrical, paint & texture, drywall, caulking, tile work, etc.
Property Management portion of job entails leasing & showing apartments, general management, clerical, answering phone, tenant notices & communication, logging work orders, coordinating with vendors, screen applications, excellent record keeping, etc. Applicants must be proficient with current MS office software applications (Word, Excel), be internet savvy and have strong communication skills.
Salary commensurate with office and maintenance skills. Compensation includes nice two bedroom on-site apartment residence with carport and all utilities & standard cable included. We will call to schedule qualified teams for interviews.
