PacifiCap Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Manager for our Jefferson Crossing location who has in depth, working knowledge of Section 42 Tax Credit laws and at least three years of property multi-site management experience.
Looking for applicants with at least two or more years' experience only, please!
Responsibilities:
Addressing resident concerns or issues
Processing resident re-certifications in a timely manner
Scheduling and overseeing contract vendors
Scheduling apartment maintenance and turns
Maintaining proper payroll; managing employees.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of property management experience
Section 42 Tax Credit experience a MUST
Working knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws
Previous experience with OneSite
Highly organized and ability to pay attention to details and deadlines
Must be customer service oriented
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Excellent customer service
This is a Full-Time position (living On-Site is optional) with a full benefits package including paid Holidays, sick and vacation; FSA, VLTD and VSTD, employer paid medical/dental/vision and a 401K (Employer Match) Retirement Plan.
