The Director of Design Review Services will serve as the point of contact assisting with the everyday inquiries and needs of homeowners, primarily specific to violation and architectural application questions and processing. This person will serve as Design Review Committee liaison, assist with compliance issues, attend scheduled Committee meetings and perform various administrative duties to support the association and association management team as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate to have a minimum of five years' experience as a Community Association/Design Review/Architectural Review or Landscape Modifications Manager of high end homes in a residential setting.

High school diploma, preferably, a college graduate, with experience in Design Review/Architectural Design Review Committee or Landscape Modification application processes.

In lieu of the degree, a homeowner's association manager with substantial high-end, large scale master planned communities to luxury high rises, single family homeowner associations to active adult communities experience will be considered.

Must be expert in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance of accurate and complete records as required to properly and effectively implement the Compliance and Design Review Procedures. This includes homeowner computer files, violation reports and correspondence, hearing correspondence, plan submittals (pending, approved and denied), homeowner correspondence, tract maps noting status of each lot, etc.

Direct liaison for Design Review Committee and Compliance Committee.

Maintain awareness of Architectural/Design Review Guidelines and other Governing Documents that are related to ACC/DRC activities, take minutes during DRC meetings, and prepare responses to applications for residents.

Interacts and follows up with all Board and/or Committee members and homeowners regarding architectural and/or enforcement issues of the association when necessary.

Consistent use and maintenance of information in TOPS database programs as assigned.

Perform site reviews and related correspondence and follow-up as assigned.

Maintain and update accurate Design Review Guidelines document and related forms and checklists.

Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive to perform site reviews, pick up supplies, etc.

Coordinate Design Review/Architectural Committee or Landscape Modification Application process, collect application forms and supporting documents, enter data in TOPS for DRC consideration.

Prepares for and attends all Architectural/Design Review Committee meetings and Covenant Committee meetings as designated by association requirements

Preparation and distribution of weekly reports and agenda packets.

Maintain an organized workspace.

Greet walk-in owners as appropriate.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attends Board and Committee meetings as requested by the General Manager
