Property Management company is seeking an experienced Community Manager for a HUD Project Based Section 8 community in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We are looking for an energetic manager who has in depth, working knowledge of HUD Project Based Section 8 and Section 42 Tax Credit laws and at least three years of property multi-site management experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to join a growing, highly reputable management company.

Addressing resident concerns or issues
Processing resident re-certifications in a timely manner
Scheduling and overseeing contract vendors
Scheduling apartment maintenance and turns
Maintaining proper payroll; managing employees.
At least 3 years of property management experience
Must have Project Based Section 8 experience
Section 42 Tax Credit experience
Working knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws
Previous experience with OneSite
Highly organized and ability to pay attention to details and deadlines
Must be customer service oriented
Excellent customer service
