We are seeking a full-time Leasing Associates to help the Community Manager with leasing and marketing functions at our Las Brisas and Valencia Court properties.

This position will include all typical Leasing Associate responsibilities such as tours, callbacks, guest cards, and initial tax credit paperwork/re-certifications.

This position is also responsible for providing excellent customer service to current and potential residents as well as touring the property and showing prospective residents their new home.

You will develop marketing strategies, shop competitive apartment communities, and compile market surveys. Customer service is a high priority, so you will build positive relationships with residents and vendors. You will also help maintain the curb appeal of the property.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED is required.

Effective sales/closing skills and excellent customer service required.

Previous experience in leasing preferred.

Strong communication and computer skills.

Accuracy and attention to detail in preparation of paperwork.

Ability to handle fast paced work conditions.

Ability to be an effective and positive team player.

Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Excellent verbal communication skills, both oral and written (English/Spanish).
