GSL Properties is looking for a talented Maintenance Technician to add to our team. Our Maintenance Tech 2 addresses all preventive and general maintenance issues including work orders, apartment unit turns, and upkeep of all common areas and grounds. Qualifications:
The successful applicant will have at least two years of maintenance experience or equivalent related experience. Knowledge of appliance repairs, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and drywall is preferred. Must exhibit excellent customer service skills with prospective and current residents and promote a quality living experience for all our residents and their guests. Must be available for on-call services.
