Maintenance worker needed for a 62-unit apartment complex in Las Vegas, (San Miguel county), NM.
Candidate must have knowledge of basic apartment complex operations, various phases of maintenance (including drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, rehab and appropriate type of heating and air conditioning equipment), materials and equipment used in maintenance and repair. Must have knowledge of type and uses of common hand tools, power tools, and other tools used in maintenance and rehab, and the ability to perform manual tasks requiring physical strength and endurance.
Candidates must be dependable and have a good work ethic. We require a background check.
This position is full time, 40 hours per week, 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, (and possibly some on-call for after-hours and weekend emergency maintenance repairs).
