Seeking experienced property manager that can also perform minor maintenance items.
All interested individuals must have prior experience.
Responsibilities may include managing properties, managing maintenance requests, inspections
communicating via phone , email, and in person with tenants.
MUST have reliable transportation and be willing and able to conduct property visits and inspections.
MUST have experience and the ability to learn and use new computer software
Pay commensurate with experience.
