Heidi's Raspberry Farm makes high-quality, organic jams in Albuquerque, NM. Heidi's farm grows certified organic raspberries in Corrales, New Mexico on a picturesque piece of land that runs alongside the Rio Grande river and has sweeping views of the Sandia Mountains. We create a collection of five delicious raspberry jams by hand, in small batches. Every variety is low sugar, gluten free, vegan, and USDA Certified Organic.
Heidi's is seeking to hire a dynamic, hard-working, enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, sales-oriented, and professional. This is a unique position that will include a variety of tasks such as managing wholesale accounts and relationships, in-store merchandising, and deliveries. This is a part-time position with the possibility to evolve into more.
As our Account Representative you will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining and servicing existing wholesale accounts.
- Obtain new wholesale accounts.
- In-store merchandising when needed.
- Obtaining knowledge of Heidi's products to effectively communicate with customers about our products.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly sales.
- Collaborate with Heidis team to identify and grow opportunities.
Desired Experience and Skills:
- Experience maintaining wholesale accounts.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
