Old Barrel Tea Company is hiring a Store Manager! We are a family run business focusing on health, wellness, and flavor. We are local to New Mexico and do all of our own tea blending. Along with featuring loose leaf tea, we also have spices, raw and unfiltered honey, and health and wellness based products.
We are looking for an individual who is incredibly self motivated, has management (retail preferred) experience, and open availability. We are a fast growing company, so we are looking for an individual who is looking to grow with us. Leadership skills and organization are a must, as well as serious sales experience.
Job duties include: staff management, retail sales and sales management, daily operations, and overall store management.
