Title: Hospitality Security Officers
Department: Uniform Security Division New Mexico
Compensation: $10.00/ per hour starting wage - FREE LEVEL 1 Training for good Applicants!
Status/Shift: FULL TIME & PART TIME Positions / Nights and Weekends
10 PM - 6 AM & 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Description:
STT Security Services is seeking applicants in the Albuquerque, NM area.
Must be available NIGHTS and Weekends.
You should also be able to navigate in stressful/confrontational situations with the expectation of conflict resolution, deescalating and diffusing various incidents.
Applicants should have excellent customer service and communication skills. Primary duties may involve indoor/outdoor foot patrol, motor vehicle patrol, electronic activity logs, incident reporting, data entry and customer service. Interaction with the public, our client and their customers will be a daily occurrence. Professionalism, good judgment and ability to follow policy and procedure will be paramount.
Applicants Must:
Demonstrate leadership skills
Have clean and neat appearance
Demonstrate the ability to take, follow, and give directions to and from others
Be comfortable working with computers and software applications
Demonstrate reliability and dependability
Must possess effective communication skills of all types
Be willing to work outdoors / indoors in all types of extreme weather related occurrence
Be willing to sit, stand, and/or walk for entire shift
Must be on constant mobile and outdoor patrols / Constant outdoor presence must be accomplished with this
position.
Meet comprehensive background/ licensing requirements
Must pass drug test
Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
