Software Engineer Web ExpertThe Challenge:

Are you passionate about crafting an amazing user experience? The right interface can make mobile data collection tools easy to use, encourage early adoption, and save time and resources. We're looking for you, a front end developer who will use equal parts skill and vision to build an experience that delivers functionality and efficiency.

This is an opportunity to meet challenges in Air Force and U.S. Navy Safety by collaborating with a development team to build mobile data collection tools with user centric design. You'll work with UI/UX designers and back-end developers to create a seamless user experience using Angular, NativeScript and Flutter. You'll work with the development team to ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements. With mentoring, positive code reviews, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. Join us as we build systems to change Air Force and U.S. Navy Safety for the better. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:
  • Experience with Android and iOS development and deployment
  • Experience with mobile programming languages, including AngularJS, NativeScript, or Flutter
  • Experience in working closely with software development teams
  • Experience in working in an Agile software development methodology environment
  • Knowledge of Java, Oracle SQL, JavaScript, and JQuery
  • Ability to work on site at client location in Albuquerque, NM
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and Development
  • Master's degree
