Northridge Electric a Division of Burgos Group is looking for Electrician Foremen and Leadmen to work in Albuquerque and surrounding area. The Foreman and Leadman will direct and supervise all work on the project to meet the work requirements as described in the plans and specifications or the statement of work on the individual delivery order(s) or Contracts.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 2 years experience as an electrical foreman or leadman on electrical projects;
The ability to communicate in written and oral formats with diplomacy and tact;
An aptitude for exercising independent thinking and reasoning;
Demonstrated knowledge of contract compliance;
Competent in using Microsoft Office products, email systems, and Windows;
Current New Mexico Journeyman License
Responsibilities
Promoting and enforcing a safe work environment, making sure that the work progresses according to the schedule and materials and equipment are delivered to the site on time;
Coordinating and supervising all electrical activities;
Maintaining electrical schedule, identifying and solving problems;
Understanding the project plans and specifications;
Maintaining positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees
Maintaining an organized job site
Foremen with 2+ years experience compensation package $28 to $32 plus benefits (approximately $3.60/hour)
Leadmen with 2+ years experience starting compensation package $27 to $30 plus benefits approximately $3.60/hour)
