Wise Connect, Inc. is seeking I&R Technicians in Albuquerque, NM
POTS/DSL/VDSL Installation and Repair Technician Customer Service Technician must demonstrate the skills, possess the tools and test equipment necessary to perform all phases of installation and repair of copper and fiber based subscriber premises, small business equipment including Full Install DSL/VDSL, multi line phones, and basic cable trouble. Test equipment required: 1) CTL Approved or equivalent Copper Based Test set with the ability to test xDSL, Bonded xDSL, including wideband frequencies up to 30 MHz 2) In addition, a test set used to identify coax or cat 5 jack appearances (wire mapping), test quality of in-home wiring, test noise and verify HPNA is required. 5-10 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
Observe all safety rules and regulations.
Assist other Technical personnel in the performance of their duties when requested.
Must convey a positive and professional appearance and demeanor when communicating the company's products and services to our customers.

Requirements:
Need an ES7J license and a New Mexico Business License (Must have)
12-month contract with likelihood of extension
Sundays; 5-6 days/week
Must provide own equipment - ONX
Able to climb ladders - aerial work
Technician must have their own truck, van, or SUV with a ladder rack
Technician must have their own tools to perform the job. Android smart phone is also a requirement. Laptop may be required
Technician must have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This includes: lace up boots with a defined 1/2 inch heel, a hard hat, a reflective safety vest, a fall resistor, and safety cones. Other equipment may be required by local management
