Northridge Electric a Division of Burgos Group, LLC is seeking full-time Low Voltage Journeyman Electricians to work in Albuquerque and surrounding area. Work will consist of installation, alterations, additions and/or repairs of various low voltage systems, conductors and associated materials and equipment within the electrical construction industries. Work to be performed with a high degree of safety.
Responsibilities Include:
Figuring layout, installations, repairs of wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment. Installing, connecting, testing, and sustaining electrical systems for a variety of purposes, including climate control, security, and communications.
Qualifications Include:
High School Diploma or GED;
Current Electrician Low Voltage Journeyman's License;
Has two (2) year of previous electrical experience;
Able to positively identify colors of wires;
Ability to comprehend drawing and read blueprints and schematics;
Ability to use power and hand tools;
Working knowledge of applicable electrical and design codes;
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
Good communication, both oral and written, skills.
Requirements:
Position requires ability to perform services throughout the state of New Mexico, including possible overnight travel;
Awareness of operational safety requirements in work environment and ability to apply and follow procedures and requirements per regulations;
Should be customer-service driven;
Valid drivers license required;
