Job Description
As a TWGB Commercial Business Manager the majority of your time will be spent on the road sourcing and establishing new business opportunities within the South Auckland/Hamilton region. You will also nurture relationships with existing clients to the high standard that has been established over the past couple of years. Working in strong collaboration with our store staff, the Regional Store Lead & the wider commercial team, you will identify new opportunities within the region using a range of sales techniques.
Qualifications
We are looking for an active sales professional at a commercial level, who has a passion for success. You’re someone who can easily point to examples of sales wins and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong accounts and relationships. Ideally you will have strong existing relationships withinthe South Auckland/Hamilton region to leverage existing and harness future opportunities. You will have excellent negotiation skills, be able to communicate effectively to all levels and be highly results driven. Your knowledge of how to size an opportunity, gauge the value of that opportunity and develop the best fit implementation plan will be critical to your success.
