We are hiring for Work Order Administrators at Cannon Family Homes in Clovis, NM!
Work Order Administrators are responsible for receiving service request phone calls from current residents and then creating and distributing work orders for the maintenance team accurately and in a timely fashion to ensure prompt response.
Who we are looking for:
High School Diploma or equivalent required plus one year of administration experience. Relevant industry experience preferred.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet application and an understanding of maintenance concepts and terminology.
Possession of a valid state issued Driver's License and safe driving record are required.
