Growing company seeking someone to perform occupancy determination checks and report on the condition of properties located in McKinley County, NM. Field inspector will work within their chosen counties of coverage gathering basic information on the condition of the property, and providing photos to support your report.
Types of Inspections: Occupancy, FNMA, Sale Date, Insurance Loss, mortgagor interviews, etc.
Requirements: dependable with reliable transportation, internet access, e-mail account.
Qualified candidate will be very organized, have exceptional time management skills, be detail orientated, and possess the physical ability to drive for long periods.
Experience is preferred.
$15 per occupancy determination.
Each inspection takes approximately 1-5 minutes to complete
