Data Engineer, SeniorKey Role:Identify and collect data sources, analyze and extract key data and information, evaluate and monitor data quality, develop cloud-based storage and analytical tools to meet the organization's information system needs and requirements. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts that contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision.Basic Qualifications:- Experience as a Data Engineer
- Experience with cloud-based databases and cloud-based tools to process and analyze data
- Experience with coding to develop tools using MATLAB and Python programming languages
- Knowledge of file types, including .csv and XML in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and VBA
- Ability to take multiple data formats and combine them to produce a usable product for client decision making
- Secret clearance
- BA or BS degree
- Experience with 1553 data bus information from military aircraft
- Experience in leading a team of Data Analyst
- Knowledge of digital and analog electronic signals
- Ability to communicate effectively with government Test Directors, Booz Allen Test Engineers, and other government analysts
- Top Secret clearance
- MA or MS degree
