Overview
Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Professional Continuing Education Support Technician to support AFIT/EX at Kirkland, AFB, New Mexico. Responsibilities- Provide administrative assistance and support in the application, admission, enrollment, registration, proctoring, and graduation requirements of in-residence and distance learning Professional Continuing Education (PCE) students.
- Serve as focal point between USAF Major Command registrar office, AFIT, and the School of Strategic Force Studies for PCE for external and internal scheduling requirements, administration of curriculums, and records management in direct support of School of Strategic Force Studies approved curriculums and courses.
- Perform administrative duties to include, but not limited to:
- Management of all course scheduling procedures;
- Guest speaker coordination;
- Facilities scheduling;
- Classroom logistics;
- Equipment management (requirements, accountability, and reporting);
- Software license management (requirements, accountability, and reporting);
- Instructor scheduling and training;
- Various duties which directly support PCE courses, as requested.
- Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain a Secret
- MA/MS and twelve (12) years of experience or BA/BS and fifteen (15) years of experience or Twenty (20) years of experience
