Established Mortgage Field Company is seeking Part-Time Independent Field Inspectors to complete inspections on behalf of Mortgage & Insurance companies. Inspectors set their own schedule. The most successful inspectors are motivated, organized and detail oriented. The faster and smarter you work the more profitable you are in less time.
INSPECTION TYPES:
Occupancy Inspections-determine occupancy.
Interior Inspections on vacant, secured properties- walk through of interior.
Insurance Survey- Document exterior property condition with supporting photos.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Locate property, take supporting photos and answer script on app downloaded to your mobile device
Complete inspections to our client expectations
Stay current with inspection due dates and requirements
Travel to properties using own vehicle
Professional appearance and conduct
REQUIREMENTS:
Mobile phone (iPhone or Android) with camera functionality; ideally 4G
Reliable desktop/laptop and printer with high speed internet access
Valid Driver’s license
Clear background check
Reliable & fuel efficient vehicle
