Job description:
Answer incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel.
Greet visitors and clients professional manner and determining the nature and purpose of visit
Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mailings, messages and courier deliveries
Maintaining & updating calendars, reminding respective personnel of the appointments
Create and print fax sheets, memos, mail, reports and other documents as needed
Receive payments and record receipts.
Take complaints from customers and public being positive to negative criticism and directing them to the
appropriate party for resolution
Perform basic clerical duties, such as faxing, photocopying, filing, preparing reports and mailings
Assist Administration with tasks as needed
Requirements:
Education: High School diploma
Experience: 2-3 years of related experience. (Experience in an office environment will be preferred)
Ability to build positive relationships with a high level of interpersonal skills.
Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast paced environment
Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
Must be proficient in handling office equipment including multiple lined telephones, printers, photocopy
machines, postage meter, etc.
Dependable, punctual and able to work in flexible working hours between 8-5pm, Monday thru Friday
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Word and Excel. and basic computer
functionality
