Seeking an individual to manage a mobile home community located in
Las Cruces, NM. Experience with mobile home communities is preferred.
Prospective applicants should be computer literate and possess office
and property management skills (collecting rent, dealing with
residents, and some knowledge of New Mexico Mobile Home Law is a
plus). It would be great if applicants also possess general maintenance skills
(landscaping, plumbing, electrical, etc), and being bilingual is a huge plus (English and Spanish) .
