NOW HIRING Maintenance Person
Full Time Maintenance Person who can provide prompt, professional service. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: make readies for move in's. upkeep of common areas, some knowledge on electrical, plumbing, and dry wall, grounds maintenance and other duties as assigned. Most important applicant must have a positive and caring attitude. Must have your own tools and pass a back ground and drug test.
