The Bayard Public Library is seeking bid proposals to complete an existing 2004 sq. ft. enclosed park adjacent to the library. Proposals must include a business license and W-9. Scope of work will include, but not limited to: completing a rain garden design, moving rock and soil, creating a downspout from an existing gutter, add a flagstone floor for a gazebo and general landscaping. Appointments to view and access the park will be granted.
