Position Objective

The ECM ProServ Support Specialist reports to Director of ECM Professional Services Operations. This position will provide administrative client support for Professional Services teams and will manage non-client facing activities for ECM clients. The Service Operations Specialist is an integral member of the Professional Services team and works in conjunction with the Professional Services Directors and Managers to ensure systems and processes meet the needs of the delivery, support and client-services teams. Proper execution of the role will help ensure that the client continues to receive value from their relationship with KMBS.

Essential Job Functions

• Ensure compliance with Corporate and Operational SOPs related to ECM Professional Services• Maintain, configure and develop the Professional Services LOB Systems• SAP rights to manipulate Project information through Project App in S4.• Assist with internal systems development and rollout.• Review, verify and configure new Projects in ServiceNXT and Projector• Weekly & Month-End Reporting• Maintain Billing: Weekly, Monthly, Project Milestone, Overages, Special requests• Provide additional Client-Facing document, as requested• Verify and resolve for all discrepancies with contract entitlements related to delivered and/or billed services• Maintain client data integrity and documentation in appropriate ECM systems in accordance with SOPs• Assist with operational training for the Professional Services teams• Ensure weekly / monthly JSOX compliance requirements are met • Ensure Service System related invoices are processed in Ariba timely• Project Release to Teams• Maintenance of Task Templates and associated task-level reporting• Assist with reconciliation of accrued and deferred revenue balances• Extension of reporting to Domo ( or other dashboard solutions)• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Will need strong computer skills to master the systems used by the organization• Intermediate to advance skills using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word and other office products (or the Google Suite)• Ability to work in a fluid and changing environment• Passionate about delivering value, customer satisfaction, service mentality• Strong organization and prioritization skills• High level of integrity and follow through• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor others• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)• Strong technical implementation and troubleshooting skills• Detail-oriented

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

• Four-year college degree or satisfactory completion of a technical curriculum from an accredited computer school and/ or equivalent work experience - Required• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an operational role• Demonstrated skillsets operating highly involved LOB systems• Prior Accounting experience preferred.• Prior Project Management experience preferred.
