  • Permanent Part Time, 2 days per week
  • Based in South Sydney, NSW– visiting clients in their Homes in South West Sydney and Nepean areas.
  • Availability Monday - Friday 0800-1630

Currently, we are looking for an experienced & passionate Registered Nurse to join our Community Nursing Team on a Permanent Part Time.Based in South Sydney, you will be visiting clients in their homes within South West Sydney and Nepean areas. Your days will be varied and will includedressings, medication support, clinical reviews for Home Care Package clients, catheter changing and other duties.

As one of our exceptional Registered Nurses, you will provide holistic, safe and quality care to our clients consistent with our Mission, Philosophy and Values.

To be considered for this great opportunity, you will possess the following:

  • Current APHRA registration to practice as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in Community based services is highly desirable
  • Experience with wounds, and preferably qualifications and/or some course work in this.
  • Understanding of health of the older person, and the unique needs of this group of people·
  • Strong believer in “wellness and reablement”
  • Postgraduate studies in Gerontology highly regarded
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
  • Willingness to obtain a National Criminal History Check
  • Understanding of continuous quality improvement and accreditation
  • Must be able to provide evidence of COVID 19 vaccination
