Our Financial management focus includes the following:

Integrating processes and systems across the FA Division.

Providing quality business processes and systems throughout the Laboratory.

Partnering with the programs and technical divisions to strengthen our business capabilities.

Providing stewardship of Laboratory, NNSA and sponsor resources.

Building alliances with NNSA, DOE, LASO, and the ABQ Service Center.

Perform Work in the Finance, Accounting and Administrative Field.

Maintain a safe and secure working environment.

Work as a team member with direction from your mentor.

What You NeedMinimum Job Requirements:

Provide documentation of acceptance into an undergraduate program.

Enroll in and successfully complete a minimum of 12 undergraduate credit hours per semester (or the equivalent of full time enrollment).

Have and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on 4.0 scale.

Pass a new employment drug test: The Laboratory requires successful applicants to complete a new employment drug test and maintains a substance abuse policy that includes random drug testing.

Desired Skills:

Experience and/or education in the field of Business or Information Systems.

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Access.

Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL).

Experience working with Data, Databases and Information Systems.

Experience in support of Financial Systems or equivalent educational project experience.

Education:Students must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Accounting and/or Management Information Systems (MIS) with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.Notes to Applicants:
