We are a not-for-profit values driven organisation who are currently experiencing a significant period of growth and to support this, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team based in Macquarie Park.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, this role is part of the broader HR team andis instrumental in supporting the business in meeting its people resourcing needs across our Residential Aged Care business. With a portfolio of 42 Homes and growing, you will partner with the Residential Managers to assist them to meet their staffing requirements. Your base will be Macquarie Park but their will be flexibility to work form Home and onsite in our Homes as required.

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist who is energetic, tenacious and creative in sourcing techniques andis passionate about providing professional recruitment services. There are future opportunitiesto work across a variety of portfolios including Residential Aged Care, Health (hospital) , Home & Community Services and Corporate.

The primary responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Providing end to end recruitment support from brief through to contract generation
  • Liaising with candidates and providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Managing recruitment campaigns for bulk recruitment activity
  • Optimizing recruitment related software
  • Utilizingsocial media tools for recruitment & EVP promotion
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to provide guidance and coaching in recruitment process

To be successful in this role you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or relevant experience
  • End to end recruitment experience in aged care, healthcare orcommunity care
  • Experience managing high volume recruitment campaigns and the ability to multitask
  • Tech savvy and an interest in optimizing recruitment software tools
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills & the ability to multitask
  • Ability to creatively source candidates and build talent pools
  • Advanced consultation, negotiation & influencing skills.
  • Natural networking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence.
