Bar Barista - Qantas Lounges

We are seeking Full -Time - Bar Barista to join our team and provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all of our lounge guests. All of our roles are focused on exciting our guests with flair and enthusiasm and demonstrating a genuine passion for customer service.Ensure that all responsible service of alcohol procedures are practiced at all timesPrepare and serve beverages - make coffees and alcoholic drinks for guests Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.Take customer orders and answer any questions regarding the menu.Clean and sanitize equipment such as coffee machines and bar space. Maintain a clean work area, including countertops, seating areas, and barware.Follow health and safety guidelines.Ensures that all opening and closing procedures are carried out to an acceptable standardAssist team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operationTake responsibility to ensure all required tasks are completed accurately and within given time framesParticipate in scheduled training and development programs provided by AccorAbide by the Accor policies in relations to equal employment opportunity and harassment in the workplaceCreate a culture of inclusion and diversity allowing all team members to Feel Welcome and Feel Valued
