This medical center has an Accredited Chest Pain Program with PCI and Accredited Heart Failure Program. It has been nationally recognized with an ‘A’ by Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade and received Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Quality Approval. The facility has been a staple of the community for years, and the incoming Inpatient Respiratory Therapist Supervisor will play a large role in keeping it that way.

The Inpatient Respiratory Therapist Supervisor reports to the RT Manager and is supported by a wonderful team of Respiratory Therapists. The Supervisor provides guidance to RT’s with assessing patients with respiratory conditions, developing plans of care, performing respiratory treatments, and instructing patients on how to properly administer respiratory treatments and use respiratory equipment. The Inpatient Respiratory Therapist Supervisor will also assist the manager in developing a fiscal budget, staffing, and educating new team members. The Respiratory Therapist Supervisor will work closely with nurses and physicians to ensure each patient has a successful continuum of care.
