Job Description

This role will act as a decision maker and key partner on the processes of: Sales & Operating Planning, Rolling Forecast, Incentives plan, and planning & control of investment. He or she, will be responsible for defining and implementing an integrated way of working between the Sales team, Supply,Finance Marketing & Trade marketing, which will lead the company to a seamless and better tracking of account investments, ROI metrics, and prizing compensation.

1. Works in conjunction with Supply Chain, Finance and Sales, in the Sales & Operating Planning process, Rolling Forecast process and monthly sales consolidation with strong interface with back office areas. Daily follow up with commercial heads and continuous report to the Sr. Commercial Excellence Manager & F&PA Manager

2. Builds and coordinates the sales annual planning (files, data analysis, and consolidation) together with the Commercial Excellence Manager

3. Monitors strategic business performance (KPIs) such as: DOH, Sell-out, Sell-in, Sell-through, and gives feedback to the Commercial teams and Global Teams.

4. Responsible for managing, implementing, and tracking the sales incentive plan; calculating team results and reporting figures to HR for payment.

5. Manages investments and provide Finance with information & full transparency about results and Business Development Funds tracking for decision making to leverage monthly/annual results

6. Guarantee an updated and reliable sales information ALL In One (Sell-In, Quotas, BDF, DOH, etc) within BIC data bases for consultation.

7. Design and automation of current/new processes that can help reduce operational tasks, and improve user experience when looking for internal information

8. Owner of client’s master data management (prices, portfolio, trade terms)

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economy, finance or a related field

- Post-graduate is desirable

- Advanced English level (written and spoken)

- Excellent use of Microsoft Windows (Excel, Power Point)

- Database Management.

- Desirable knowledge of sales reporting tools

- Experience managing BDF, Trade Terms, and Investments

- S&OP and Forecasting experience

- Experience managing compensation & incentives plans
