Job Description

Are you seeking a position with a growing company? Broadridge is Hiring! Broadridge is currently looking for a Sr Programmer Analyst to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product requirements and translate them into detailed system functionality by working with internal organizations and/or clients.
  • Develop architectural components in support of business requirements and standards for application development;
  • Build system and program test plans and procedures
  • Develops test data and performs the unit testing ensuring that the programs perform according to program specifications.
  • Assist less experienced programmers in the coding, testing and debugging of application programs Special short-term projects may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Holds minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science and equivalent degree
  • 3+ years of experience in software development.
  • Expertise in COBOL, CICS and DB2
  • Should be familiar with JCL, VSAM, TSO, Inter-Test, Syncsort and MVS Utilities
  • Should have strong communication skills
  • Should possess experience working in a team oriented group
  • MQ would be a plus
  • Experience working in the financial industry is a plus
