Be part of opening our brand new Aged Care Care home - Norwest.

We are looking for a customer focused individual to join our team as our Administration Manager.

In this key role you will oversee the day to day operations of the Customer Relations and Administration office to ensure our Home is well resourced and able to offer a quality care environment to our valued residents.

Some of the primary responsibilitiesinclude:

  • Managingthe admission process for new residents and liaising with residents and their families to support the transition into the home;
  • Schedulingand conducting tours for potential residents’
  • Acting as the customer service champion for the Home by monitoring service standards and actioning resident satisfaction feedback;
  • Assisting the Residential Manager with maintaining occupancy through community engagement and generating leads via events and other activities;
  • Assisting the Residential Manager with recruitment& payroll tasks & staff rosters.

We are looking for an individual who thrives in a busy environment and who possesses strong admininstration skills, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of eCase Clinical Care Application and TimeTarget Workforce Management application is advantageous.
