Job Description

  • Oversee 3 Homes in Eastern suburbs
  • Permanent Part Time opportunity (30 hours per fortnight)
  • Key Clinical Leadership role

Covering our Homes in Randwick, East Sydney & Matraville, we are currently seeking a Quality and Education Manager to join our teamon a permanent part time basis. In this role, you will provide exceptional coordination services in relation to clinical quality and education support, and you will ensure that current accreditation standards are met.

In addition to this, you will:

  • Implement our standard operating model for quality and education.
  • Ensure clinical and service delivery and documentation is upheld to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate and conduct internal and external quality audits at the home.
  • Facilitate effective training and education to new and existing staff, including induction and competencies, and more.

As a successful candidate, you will bring:

  • Registered Nurse with APHRA registration.
  • In depth understanding of standards relevant to aged care.
  • Fundamental knowledge of the clinical functions of an aged care Home.
  • Vital understanding of ACFI Management.
  • Essential knowledge of ACQSC standards.
  • Minimum of one year experienced as a Quality Coordinator in the Aged Care industry or in a comparable role/industry.
  • Certificate 4 in Workplace and Assessment Training (desirable).
  • Willingness to provide evidence of 2021 Flu Vaccination.
  • If you are successful for this role you will be required to obtain a COVID 19 vaccination to align to government regulations.
